Cobourg Police – Male Arrested for Break and Enter

In November 2021, police commenced an investigation into a break and enter at a Cobourg business.

Police identified a suspect, and on Monday, January 4, 2022, Jason FROST (42) of Cobourg was arrested and charged with the following offences:

1. Break and enter contrary to Section 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code

2. Possession of property obtained by crime contrary to Section 355(b) of the Criminal Code

The accused was released on an undertaking with a court date in February of 2022.
