Cramahe Township Office Holiday Hours

The Cramahe Township municipal offices will be CLOSED for the holidays beginning Friday, December 24, 2021 through Monday, January 3, 2022. The Municipal Office, 1 Toronto Street,
Colborne, and other facilities will reopen Tuesday, January 4, 2022 with restrictions.

Reopening Procedures
Following the rise of COVID-19 cases, upon reopening the municipal office doors will remain locked. Services will be available to the public via appointment only. Please refer to the Contact
Us page on the Cramahe Township website (www.cramahe.ca) to contact the desired department).

Cheques and payments can be made through the municipal drop box at 1 Toronto Road, Colborne; by mail; and/or telephone/online banking for taxes.

To limit contact and ensure the safety of both the public and staff, Cramahe urges the public to access services online whenever possible. Visit our website (www.cramahe.ca) website for
more information or call 905.355.2821, extension 0. Garbage bag tags can be purchased at a number of retail locations in the community, or order on-line through he Northumberland
County website: www.northumberland.ca.

• The Clerk’s Office will continue to offer urgent services by appointment only. Contact holly@cramahe.ca or call 905.355.2821, extension 122.

• Public access to fire halls is restricted to appointment-only, phone and e-mail: 905.355.1219; bgreatrix@cramahe.ca.

• The Public Works (roads) and Environmental Services department is available by appointment, phone or e-mail: 905.355.2821, ext. 126; dmacpherson@cramahe.ca

• The Colborne and Castleton branches of the Cramahe Township Library are open between Christmas and New Year: Dec. 29, 30 and 31 (see website cramahelibrary.ca for details). A
strict limit of eight (8) patrons in the Colborne branch and five (5) in Castleton, masks for those three (3) years and older. 905.355.3722;libraryceo@cramahe .ca.

• The Keeler Centre, Colborne, is assessing programs and arena activities: 905.355.2821, ext. 121; ccurwin@cramahe.ca

• Council meetings will be held virtually beginning on Tuesday, January 11. The public can watch Council, Committee of the Whole, and Planning Committee meetings live and/or archived
on our YouTube channel. Members of the public who want to make a deputation or provide a comment as an audience member can do so through Zoom. E-mail the Clerk’s Office
