Port Hope Public Library Hosts Giant Book Sale

The Port Hope Public Library is holding a Giant Book Sale on Saturday, September 18 from 9 AM to 3 PM at The Hub Community Branch in Canton. There will be activities for the kids, and a Lions Food Truck. The sale is cash only. Wear a mask and bring a bag.

Do you have an overabundance of books you’re finished with? Donate them for the sale. Books, puzzles and DVDs can be dropped off at The Hub Branch, 5325 County Road 10 on Monday, August 30 & Tuesday, August 31 from 10 am to 2 pm, and again Wednesday, September 1 from 3 pm to 7 pm. Remember, no Readers Digest, encyclopedias or textbooks and nothing musty smelling or water damaged. All proceeds will go to the library.
