Cobourg Police – Woman Arrested on Warrant

A woman has been arrested on a warrant after being observed by police in the downtown area.
Early morning on August 26, 2021, police on patrol observed a woman known to be wanted on a warrant held
by the Cobourg Police Service.
As a result of the police investigation, 23-year-old Erin Rutherford of Cobourg is charged with the following
offence

Fail to attend court contrary to Section 145(4)(b) of the Criminal Code.

The accused was released from custody on an Appearance Notice with a pending court date.
