City of Kawartha Lakes OPP – Mischief on Golf Course

(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – Members of the City of Kawartha Lakes Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a mischief that occurred at the Eganridge Inn and Country Club.

On August 5, 2021, at approximately 5:30 p.m., three males and one female believed to be approximately 13 to 16 years of age were observed attending the Club on their bicycles. Shortly after, staff discovered damage to the golf course. Tire tracks in “donut” style patterns tore up the 6th green m aking it unsuitable for golf until repair.

Suspects are described as:

Suspect 1:

  • White male, 13 to 16 years of age
  • Short dark hair, black shirt and blue shorts
  • Riding a blue mountain bike

Suspect 2:

  • White male, 13 to 16 years of age
  • Shaggy blonde hair
  • Wearing an orange tank top, black shorts and prescription style glasses
  • Riding white/silver mountain bike

Suspect 3:

  • White male, 13 to 16 years of age
  • Dark brown wavy hair
  • Wearing a blue and black t-shirt, and black shorts
  • Riding a blue mountain bike
  •  

Suspect 4:

  • White female, 13 to 16 years of age
  • Light brown hair
  • Wearing a white midriff-baring shirt, and black and white shorts
  • Riding a white cruiser style bike
