Four People Charged with Trespassing on Victoria Beach in Cobourg

Four people were issued trespassing tickets for going in Victoria Beach in Cobourg.

The beach has been closed since May 20, 2021 as decided by Cobourg Council.

Approximately 2,000 feet of fence is setup along the area to try and prevent trespassers.

On Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at approximately 3:30 p.m. four people from Durham Region were issued trespassing tickets after being observed on the beach.

Starting May 31, Victoria Beach will be open during the weekdays with restrictions.
