In Police Blotter

On May 4, 2021, members of the Northumberland Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received information regarding suspicious phishing /vishing phone calls, where the caller is impersonating a local pharmacy and attempting to gain personal information.

The OPP would like to make the residents aware of these calls, and remind the public not to provide any personal information over the phone, unless you are certain the call is legitimate.
