Cobourg Police – Man Charged for Mischief

A man is charged with mischief after causing damage to a downtown residence.


On Sunday, April 25, 2021, police responded to a report of an individual who caused property damage to a
window at a downtown residence in Cobourg.


As a result of police investigation, officers were able to identify the suspect as 44-year-old Robert GRAY of
Cobourg.


On Wednesday, April 28, 2021, GRAY attended the Cobourg Police Station to turn himself in. He was
subsequently charged with:


1) Mischief Under $5000 contrary to section 430(4) of the Criminal Code


GRAY was released on an Appearance Notice with a future court date
