Cobourg Police – Man Arrested on a Warrant

On Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at 9:00 pm, Cobourg Police were notified by Ontario Provincial Police that they
had arrested a man at an address in Colborne on the strength of an outstanding warrant with the Cobourg
Police Service.


As a result, 33-year-old Curtis STONEMAN of Colborne, Ontario, was transported to the Cobourg Police
Station, where he was later released on an Appearance Notice for the following offences:


1) Theft Under $5000 contrary to section 334(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada


2) Possession of Property Obtained by Crime contrary to section 355(b) of the Criminal Code of
Canada


STONEMAN is to appear in court in May 2021.
