NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Art Gallery of Northumberland (AGN) will take place virtually on Saturday, 24 April 2021 at 1:00 p.m. for the following purposes:

To present the annual report from the Board of Directors;

To present the auditor’s report;

To appoint auditors for the ensuing year;

To elect members of the Board;

New Bylaws – confirmation by Members and

To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
The Board of Directors encourages you as Members of the AGN to attend the Annual General Meeting virtually.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Can’t join us then send us your Proxy! If you are a member and you cannot attend the Annual General Meeting, you may authorize someone else to attend and vote at the meeting on your behalf. To do this, you will require a Proxy Notice.
