Cobourg Police – Mischief to Property Over $5,000

On February 15, 2021, at 2:20 am, police were alerted to a mischief to property that had just occurred to a building located on D’Arcy Street in Cobourg. Police attended and observed damage to
windows and a handicap access panel.

As a result of police investigation, Claudio RUNIL-APABLAZA, a 33-year-old man of no fixed address, was located, arrested and charged with:
1. Mischief to property over $5000.00 contrary to section 430(3) of the Criminal Code of
Canada

The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
