Hamilton Township firefighters arrived just in time to save a house from flames on Thursday, December 3, 2020.

Hamilton Township Fire Department was dispatch to Cook Road near Shore Road east of Bewdley for a shed that was on fire with an atv inside it at approximately 3:07 p.m.

When crews arrived the shed fire had spread to a larger garage that was engulfed in flames.

The siding on a nearby home had started to melt, but fire crews kept the flames from spreading to the home.

The atv along with a snowblower and other items were destroyed in the fire. There was damage to the siding of the home, but thankfully no serious damage.
