Cobourg Man Looking For Assistance Locating His Father

A Cobourg man is looking for the whereabouts of his father.

John Cooper is asking residents if they have seen his father Richard Cooper (age 56) who was last seen in Toronto on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 3:45 p.m. in the Bathurst Street and Vaughan Road area.

He is described as 6′, medium build with short blonde hair.

Police are concerned for his safety and his son said he frequents the Cobourg area.
