Cobourg Police – Shoplifting Charge

On Friday, August 14, 2020, at approximately 2:00 pm, Cobourg police attended a business on Strathy Road after receiving a report of a female leaving the premise with unpaid merchandise.
As a result of a subsequent police investigation, 55-year-old Cynthia ROBINSON of Campbellcroft was charged with theft under $5000 contrary to section 322 (1) of the Criminal Code.

The accused was released from police custody on an appearance notice.
