Cobourg Police – Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrant

At approximately 2:15 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2020, uniform officers on general patrol in a west end neighbourhood located a man currently sought by the Cobourg Police Service on the strength of an outstanding arrest warrant.

As a result of a subsequent investigation, 31-year-old Seth GRAY of Cobourg was arrested and charged with two counts of Failing to Comply with Probation, contrary to section 733.1(1) of the
Criminal Code.

GRAY was released from police custody scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in September 2020.
