A child doesn’t need to see huge waves at the end of the east pier in Cobourg on Sunday, July 26, 2020 to be entertained.

Even with a bit of coaxing the child seemed to have enough fun without getting wet and keeping his distance from the water on a hot, sunny, Sunday.
