Cobourg Museum Foundation Grateful For Contribution from Government of Canada and Cobourg for Roof Project

Members of the Cobourg Museum Foundation were on hand to thank Northumberland Peterborough South MP Phillip Lawrence and Cobourg Mayor John Henderson at the Sifton Cook Heritage Centre on Orr Street on Friday, July 24, 2020.

The Heritage Centre acknowledged the contributions of the Government of Canada and the Town of Cobourg towards the cost of the Roof Project recently completed on the old stone building.

Both Lawrence and Henderson were given a tour of the museum by treasurer of the Cobourg Museum Foundation, Stanley Isherwood.  Museum President Joan Chalovich was also on hand to thank both Henderson and Lawrence.

The Heritage Centre is open on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
