Driver of Motorcycle Airlifted to Toronto Trauma Centre Following Collision in Cobourg

The driver of a motorcycle was airlifted to a Toronto trauma centre following a collision in Cobourg on Tuesday, June 9, 2020.

The male driver was apparently exiting a car dealership on Elgin Street West at approximately 5:15 p.m. when the motorcycle collided with a light standard in the parking lot.

Emergency services treated the man at the scene and he was transported to Northumberland Hills Hospital and later airlifted to a Toronto trauma centre with serious leg injuries.
