Cobourg Police – Man Arrested for Indecent Act In Bus Shelter

A man has been arrested after being observed engaging in an indecent act.

On the 2nd of June 2020, at approximately 3:30 pm, police were dispatched to the east end of Cobourg for a report of a man committing and indecent act while sitting in the bus shelter.

As a result of the police investigation, 55-Year-old Bradley Stirtzinger of Niagara Region is charged with:

  • Committing and indecent act contrary to section 173(1)(a) of the Criminal Code
  • Breach of Court Order contrary to section 127(1) of the Criminal Code
  • Three counts of Fail to Comply with probation contrary to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code

Stirtzinger was held in custody pending a Show Cause Hearing.
