Cobourg Police – Woman Arrested for Theft

On May 25th, 2020, at approximately 6:50 pm, police attended a retail store after staff reported that a woman had left the store with a shopping cart full of items that were not paid for.

37-Year-old Tammy Barsley of Trenton is charged with

Theft under $5000 contrary to section 334(b) and

Possession of Property obtained by crime contrary to section 355(b) of the Criminal Code.

Barsley was released from custody with a pending court date.
