Northumberland OPP – Cocaine and Cash Seized During Warrant Execution

On Wednesday April 15, 2020 members of the Peterborough/Northumberland Community Street Crime Units (CSCU) of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) with the assistance of the OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) executed a Controlled Drug and Substance Act warrant at a residence on Goacher Road located south of the town of Campbellford.

Investigators seized several grams of suspected cocaine, crack cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, approximately $6,870 in Canadian currency and other drug trafficking related items. The approximate street value of the seized drugs is $5300.

Caroline Cloude NEHRLING (age 47) of Trent Hills, Ontario was arrested and charged with the following offences:

· Obstruct Peace Officer
· Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
· Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Other Drugs
· Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime over $5,000

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg on a scheduled date in June 2020.
