Military Vehicles Driving to Canadian Forces Base Borden

In National

Toronto, Ont. – National Defence / Canadian Armed Forces

Local residents can expect to see a number of military personnel and vehicles from 32 Canadian Brigade Group (CBG) on the roads travelling to Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Borden on Monday April 6, 2020.

In preparation to respond to federal, provincial, or municipal requests for assistance (RFA), approximately 200 members are being mobilized from 32 CBG. These RFAs are expected to be in support of the fight against COVID-19 and other emergencies, such as floods and fires. From CFB Borden, our soldiers will be positioned to support and react to the needs as they are identified in coordination with our civilian partners.

Members of 32 CBG are trained and experienced professionals who take pride in helping their fellow Canadians.
