Cobourg Police – Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Fail To Comply With Probation

On Saturday January 25th 2020 in the early morning hours Police were on general patrol and located two individuals in the north west end of the Town of Cobourg.

Through investigation it was learned Mike KITCHEN, a 30-year-old male from Cobourg was in possession of a quantity of stolen property.
Police arrested KITCHEN and charged him with:

1) Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 – Contrary to Section 355(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada

2) Fail to Comply with Probation – Contrary to Section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada

The accused was released from custody with a future court date.
