Tickets are now on sale for the 19th annual Business Achievement Awards gala, presented in partnership with the Town of Cobourg and the Northumberland Central Chamber of Commerce.

Established to honour and acknowledge excellence in businesses from Cobourg and the Townships of Hamilton and Alnwick-Haldimand, this has become Cobourg’s most prestigious business event of the year. The 2020 event will be held March 6 at the Best Western Cobourg Inn and Convention Centre.

And leading up to the big day, the town has issued a press release calling for nominations in nine categories: communications and technology, health and wellness, hospitality and tourism, business and consumer services, manufacturing and agribusiness, retail trade, skilled trades, new start-up and non-profit sector.

Nominations are now being accepted in any or all of the categories, with a Feb. 3 deadline. To submit your nomination, visit http://nccofc.ca/form/view/18818.

And for tickets to the gala – an excellent opportunity to celebrate and connect with some of the area’s finest businesses – call the chamber at 905-372-5831 or chamber@nccofc.ca.
