An angler in Cobourg wasn’t having any luck fishing in the Cobourg Harbour on Monday, November 25, 2019.
The angler was fishing on the east wall right beside a sign that stated there was a by-law for no fishing.
It was a bad news, good news story. Although the angler didn’t catch any fish, he didn’t get a ticket either.
