Cobourg Police – Female Arrested on Warrant

On Sunday November 4th, 2019 at approximately 01:30 hrs, Police were conducting general patrol in the area of Division street. At this time a female known to have an outstanding warrant was observed in the area. The female was arrested on the strength of the warrant and held in Police custody for a bail hearing. 22 year old Amanda Munro is charged with the following:

1. 3 counts of assault contrary to section 266 of the Criminal Code

2. Theft under $5000 contrary to section 334(b) of the Criminal Code

3. Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 contrary to section 355(b) of the Criminal Code.
