Cobourg Police – Female Arrested for Breach of Undertaking

On Sunday November 3rd at approximately 1:13 am, Officers of the Cobourg Police Service were conducting general patrol in the area of Division Street. A female known to Police was observed to be at a north end business at this time.

A records check showed the female to be breaching an Officer in charge undertaking condition in that she was not permitted to be present at the location. 21 year old Karleigh HORSLEY of Cobourg was arrested and charged with the following:

CC 145(5.1) – Fail to comply with condition of undertaking to officer

HORSLEY was held in Police custody for a bail hearing.
