Cobourg Police – Male Arrested for Failing to Appear In Court

On Wednesday the 16th day of October 2019, at approximately 1200PM, a male currently being sought by the Cobourg Police Service on the strength of an outstanding arrest warrant, was located by the Ontario Provincial Police in Brighton Ontario. Cobourg Police attended Brighton to arrest Randy Webster for failing to attend court.

35 year old Randy Webster of Colborne was arrested and charged with Fail to Attend Court contrary to section 145(2)(b) of the Criminal Code.

Webster was released from custody on a promise to appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on November 12, 2019.
