Cobourg Police – Female Arrested for Failing to Appear in Court

On Wednesday the 16th day of October 2019, at approximately 1105AM, a Female currently being sought by the Cobourg Police Service on the strength of an outstanding arrest warrant, was arrested by the Cobourg Police Service.

36 year old Amanda Nicholson of Cobourg was arrested and charged with Fail to Attend Court contrary to section 145(2)(b) of the Criminal Code.

Nicholson was released from custody on a promise to appear and is scheduled to appear at a later date at the Ontario Court of Justice.
