Peterborough Airport Celebrates 50 Years With Air Show

Celebrating 50 years, the Peterborough Airport held weekend festivities with an air show commencing on Saturday, September 21, 2019.

The Canadian Armed Forces Parachute Team – SkyHawks kicked off the afternoon festivities followed by an array of modern and vintage aircraft including a CF-18, Rick Volker, Mike Tryggvason, Todd Farrell, aircraft from the Great War Flying Museum and closing with the Canadian Forces Snowbirds.

The air show continues on Sunday, September 22, 2019 with the show starting at noon.
