Cobourg Police – Female Arrested for Trespass at Night

On the 17th of September 2019 police received a suspicious person call at an address on Sutherland Cres. Upon arrival police spoke with the complainant who advised that he had surveillance footage capturing a female on his property trying to open the doors to his vehicles parked in his driveway. Police looked at the footage and identified the female as a Cobourg resident, Lindsey Turland, 32 years of age.

On the 18th of September 2019 police located and arrested Lindsey Turland for Trespass at Night, contrary to section 177 of the Criminal Code of Canada. She was subsequently charged with the offence and held for a show cause hearing
