IT Chapter 2 Brings Tourism To Port Hope

In Community, Local

Just hour after IT Chapter 2 came out, Port Hope seemed abuzz with people visiting the town where both IT films were shot.

The Stephen King flick set box office records for a horror movie.

Cody Parkin from Sunderland dressed came dressed as Pennywise while her twin sister Mallory Harack from Milton came to town and visited most locations where the movie was filmed.

Port Hope Police Sgt. Matt Lawrence was happy to oblige for a photo with Pennywise.

Both sisters describe themselves as superfans.
