St Mary Senior Boys Rugby Team are COSSA Champs

St Mary Thunder Senior boys rugby team are COSSA champs.

Thundered downed Adam Scott 28-8 in the COSSA Championship game at St. Mary Secondarry School in Cobourg on Wednesday, May 29, 2019.

Both teams met in the Kawartha Championship last Friday, with St Mary taking that 24-0.

St Mary had 4 tries to Adam Scott’s one. Adam Scott appeared to run out of gas after a tough defensive 10-7 win over Centennial in the semis. St Mary’s won easily over Eastside SS 38-0 in the semis.

Both teams advance to OFSAA next week.
