Cobourg Police – Woman Arrested For Impaired Driving

Cobourg Police responded to a call for a possible impaired driver on May 13, 2019 at 11:25 p.m. Police attended the area and located the suspect vehicle and found the driver showing a number of signs of intoxication.

The driver was placed under arrest after she provided two breath samples, both exceeding the allowed limit. As a result, 52 year old Theresa Lorefice of Brighton is charged with Impaired Operation-Blood Alcohol Concentration 80 plus, of the Criminal Code sections 320.14(1)(a)(b) .

Theresa Lorefice was released on a Promise to Appear with a future court date.
