Cobourg Police – Male Arrested for Uttering Threats

On April 20, 2019 at 5:37 pm, police received a call to attend a call regarding threats. Upon arrival police spoke with the complainant who advised that an acquaintance attend her home and threaten to punch her. The male suspect was identified as Larry Eskins, 46 years of age from York region. Police began searching the area and located Eskins walking near the home. He was subsequently arrested for uttering threats. Eskins was transported to the Cobourg Police Station where he was charged with Uttering Threats contrary to Criminal Code section 264.1 (1) and released from custody on a Promise to Appear with conditions.
