Northumberland OPP – Hamilton Township Man Charged With Impaired

On January 22, 2019 just before 9:00 pm, members of the Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a red sedan in the ditch on Burnham Street near Telephone Road north of the town of Cobourg.

The male driver of the sedan was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Drake Raymond Robert DANIELS 23-years-old from Hamilton Township, Ontario was arrested and charged with:

  • Operation while impaired-blood alcohol concentration 80 plus
  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs.

 

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg on February 13, 2019.
