Harbour Wall Repaired In Port Hope

Part of the harbour wall that collapsed on October 9, 2018 has been repaired said communications spokesperson for the Municipality of Port Hope, Kate Ingram.
Ingram said, after the collapse of the harbour wall, municipal staff have worked closely with Cameco and CNL in order to determine a solution to stabilize the wall. The engineering firm Golder Associates was retained to design a rock revetment wall in order to stabilize the banks. Work commenced on December 11 and was completed on December 17.
