Rotary Harbourfront Outdoor Skating Rink Open for the Season In Cobourg

Public skating from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. daily, weather permitting.

The Town of Cobourg is pleased to announce that the Rotary Harbourfront Outdoor Rink will be operational as of Saturday, December 15th from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m.
Offering another season of free outdoor skating, the Rotary Harbourfront Outdoor Rink is located at 35 Albert Street and will be operational, weather permitting, daily from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. The Transit Shelter is also open daily from 6 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. for those who wish to utilize the shelter to lace up their skates and use the washroom facilities.
The Town of Cobourg would like to encourage the following rink rules:
• Be considerate of others and put safety first
• Parents and guardians are responsible for the adequate care, protection and supervision of their children
• Helmet use is recommended
• Keep pets off the ice
• Hockey games are prohibited
• Please leave the rink during ice maintenance
Temporary closures of the rink will be posted on the Town’s Municipal website (www.cobourg.ca) and the Town’s Municipal social media pages (Facebook and Twitter).
