Drug Arrests:
Three Peterborough residents have been arrested and charged following a drug search warrant at a Hunter Street West home where police located and seized cocaine, Oxycocet pill and marijuana.
As a result of an ongoing investigation by the Peterborough Police Service’s Intelligence, Crime Analyst, Asset Forfeiture and Drug (ICAD) Unit on June 5, 2018 members of the Peterborough Police Service’s Emergency Response Team conducted a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at a Hunter Street West residence.
During the search warrant officers located and seized the following:
- 6 grams of cocaine
- 3 grams of marijuana
- 20 Oxycocet pills
- Canadian currency
- Multiple cellular phones
- Weigh scale
As a result of the search warrant the following persons were arrested and charged:
Adam Felix Henry, 23, of no fixed address, Peterborough, is charged with the following:
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (Cocaine)
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (Oxycocet pills)
- Possession of a schedule II substance (Marijuana under 30grams)
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000
- Fail to comply with a recognizance X4
Jeremy Jonathan Playter, 37, of Murray Street, is charged with the following:
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (Cocaine)
Patricia Lynn Beers, 49, of Hunter Street West, is charged with the following:
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (Cocaine)
- Fail to comply with a probation order
All three accused were held in custody and are scheduled to appear in court later today (June 6).
