Cobourg Police Arrest for Breach of Undertaking

Adult male arrested for Breach of Undertaking

On Wednesday, the 6th of June, 2018, Cobourg Police responded to the downtown residence in regards to a possible Domestic Assault.

A police investigation revealed that the male was breaching the conditions of his Undertaking. 20 year old Callum O’ROURKE of Cobourg is charged with Breach of Undertaking contrary to the Criminal Code and was held in custody pending a Show Cause Hearing.
