Weapon Incident in Quinte West

(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On March 10, 2018 officers from the Quinte West Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Hastings – Quinte EMS responded to a report of a disturbance at a local apartment complex in the city of Trenton.

The Investigation lead to a 56 year old male from Quinte West being arrested and charged with: Assault with a Weapon, Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose and two counts of Uttering Threats to cause death or bodily harm. Injuries sustained were reported as being minor in nature.& nbsp;The male is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
