Voyeurism Arrest:

The Peterborough Police Service has arrested and charged a 26-year-old man with voyeurism following an investigation.

On March 5, 2018 police received information regarding the accused having placed a video recording device in a rental home in Peterborough and between March 2, 2018 and March 4, 2018 surreptitiously observed the other residents without their permission. On March 5, 2018 police attended a Peterborough residence where the accused was placed under arrest.

As a result of the investigation Han Chen, 26, of no fixed address, Peterborough, is charged with voyeurism.

The accused was held in custody and is scheduled to appear in court later today (March 6).
