Public Invited to Participate in Cobourg Council’s Strategic Plan Midterm Review

The Town of Cobourg would like to remind residents that Municipal Council’s Committee of the Whole Meeting for the Strategic Plan Midterm Review will be taking place on April 1, 2021 at 9 a.m. and will include an Open Forum where members of the public can ask questions of Council.


The Open Forum Section of the Committee of the Whole Meeting takes place at the end of the meeting and will accommodate questions from the public for a maximum duration of five (5) minutes.


How to Participate in an Open Forum
Any member of the public interested in participating are asked to provide the Municipal Clerk with notice prior to the meeting start time by emailing clerk@cobourg.ca. Please also let the Municipal Clerk know whether you’d like your question read to Council by the Clerk or if you would like to virtually attend and ask the question.


The Committee of the Whole Meeting for the Strategic Plan Midterm Review will be available to view LIVE through Zoom Videoconference at www.cobourg.ca/escribe and the agenda is available here: https://bit.ly/3fwOdaS.
