Transport Collides With Median Wall Highway 401 at Cobourg

Emergency services attended Highway 401 westbound just west of Ontario Street in Cobourg for a jack-knifed tractor trailer on Monday, February 22, 2021.

Shortly after 8 a.m. emergency services responded to the collision which blocked the two left lanes of Highway 401.

A chunk of median wall was knocked out from the impact, but there were no serious injuries.

Emergency services blocked the lanes while the tow company removed the tractor trailer unit.
