It was a mixture of weather along the lakeshore in Cobourg on Wednesday, September 30, 2020.
In the span of an hour on Wednesday evening the weather went from lightning to clean skies along the lakeshore.
Even with the clear skies the waters of Lake Ontario pounded against the east pier.
