Cobourg Police – Person Charged Fail to Comply/Fail to Attend Court (No Name Released)

On Friday, March 25, 2022, a man turned himself in to Campbellford OPP on outstanding warrants held with the Cobourg Police Service.

As a result, the 31-year-old man of Northumberland County was arrested on the strength of the warrants and charged with the following offences:

1) Fail to Comply with Probation contrary to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code

2) Fail to Attend Court contrary to section 145(2)(b) of the Criminal Code

The man was remanded into custody with a scheduled court date of March 28, 2022.
