Cobourg Police – Woman Arrested for Assault Cause Bodily Harm

A woman was arrested for assault, causing bodily harm after police responded to a west-end
residence.

On October 9, 2021, police received a call regarding an assault at a west-end residence. Police spoke with the
complainant who advised that he was assaulted.

As a result of subsequent police investigation, Jillian Nolan, a 38-year-old Cobourg resident, was charged with
the following offence:

Assault cause bodily harm contrary to section 267(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Nolan was released on an undertaking with various release conditions
