Cobourg Police – Man Arrested for Dangerous Operation

On Friday, January 15, at 11:38 pm, police were called to a report of a possible domestic in a parking lot in the East end of Cobourg.

As a result of the police investigation, a man was arrested for the following offences:

1. Dangerous Operation of a Conveyance contrary to section 320.13(1) of the Criminal Code

2. Fail to Stop at Accident contrary to section 320.16(2) of the Criminal Code

The man’s name is being withheld to protect the identity of the victim. The man was released on an Undertaking with a future court date.
