Cobourg Council – Special Meeting of Council Called for Waterfront Condition Assessment on the Cobourg Pier

The Town of Cobourg would like to advise residents that Municipal Council has announced that two (2) Special Council Meetings will be held to discuss the Waterfront Condition Assessment for the Cobourg Pier.

1. Special Committee of the Whole Meeting – Site Visit at the Cobourg Pier (Harbour Walls/Breakwater Walls)
Date: Tuesday, December 1, 2020 Time: 1 p.m.
Members of Council will attend the Cobourg Pier located at the south-end of Division Street for a Special Committee of the Whole Meeting.
Please note that Council will be in strict adherence to all public health guidelines in order to ensure safety during the COVID-19 pandemic when physically attending the Special Committee of the Whole meeting.

2. Special Meeting of Council
Date: Thursday, December 3, 2020 Time: 5 p.m.
Members of Council will participate via Zoom videoconference at www.cobourg.ca/escribe.
The agenda for both meetings will be published on the Town of Cobourg’s eSCRIBE page: www.cobourg.ca/escribe
Residents are encouraged to contact any member of Council directly with other matters or questions and can also watch the Special Council Meetings LIVE through eSCRIBE, the Town of Cobourg’s new Meeting Management software by visiting www.cobourg.ca/escribe.
