Durham Police – Multiple Shooting Victims in Oshawa Identified

The Coroner’s Office has been able to confirm the identity of the four family members murdered in an Oshawa home on September 4, 2020.

 

The deceased have been identified as Chris TRAYNOR, age 50; and his children Bradley TRAYNOR, age 20; Adelaide TRAYNOR, age 15; and Joseph TRAYNOR, age 11, all of Parklane Avenue in Oshawa. A 50-year-old female injured in the attack is recovering in hospital.

 

Investigators also want to speak to anyone who knew the lone attacker, Mitchell LAPA, as they seek to understand the motivation and reasons for this attack.
